George "Chip" Holmes

Chip brings nearly two decades of appraisal experience since 2006. A Stanford University graduate (B.S. in Chemistry, 1991), Chip combines analytical rigor with extensive real estate expertise. As Co-Founder/Partner of Eagle Home Appraisal since 2008, he specializes in non-lending appraisals across all property types.

Chip is a court-qualified expert witness, designated by the US Bankruptcy Court and Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada. He has provided testimony in numerous divorce, bankruptcy, and foreclosure cases, with extensive deposition experience for major financial institutions.

His specializations include probate & estate planning valuations, divorce & legal proceedings, tax assessment disputes, rural properties & equestrian estates, high-rise condominiums, and complex & unique properties.

Ray Hall

Ray is the President and Chief Appraiser of Ray Hall Appraisals, with expertise in both residential and commercial real estate appraisal. He began his career in 2004 after graduating from the University of South Florida, where he initially worked as a financial advisor before discovering his passion for appraisal work.

Ray has extensive commercial appraisal experience, having worked with retail, industrial, and agricultural properties, as well as unique properties such as easements and conservation lands. In 2011, he served as a review appraiser with JP Morgan Chase, gaining national review experience and working directly with FNMA on appraisal issues.

Known as "Ray the Appraiser" to thousands of followers across social media, Ray is dedicated to educating people on real estate valuation and helping them make informed decisions about buying real estate or renovating their homes and investments. He performs court testimony as an expert witness in various local courts.

Ray's fast turnaround times and in-depth knowledge of the Gainesville and Alachua County real estate market have made him one of the area's leading experts in real estate appraisal.
